1962 VW Beetle 

"Unrestored" 

This is a excellent example of the 1962 Volkswagen Beetle.  This Beetle was purchased new on January 9th 1962 at Leroy Cannon Motors, Inc in Greenville, South Carolina.  This car was meticulously maintained by the original owner until his passing several years ago and was garage kept most of its life.  This VW is untouched other than a carpet kit and the luggage rack being added many years ago by the original owner.  The paint is uniformly oxidized but still very very strong and does appear like it will buff/polish up if so desired.  The upholstery is in excellent condition for its age.  The headliner is very presentable with only a small hint of staining. The dash and steering wheel is untouched and completely original and has just the right amount of patina. The spare tire is still there along with the original jack.  The sheet metal is all original, untouched, and extremely solid. The original bumpers do have some pitting. The glass is still original and in excellent shape.  This Beetle drives excellent and is very tight. Do not miss this opportunity to own this very original 1962 Volkswagen Beetle.
